Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Free Shipping On orders over $80 
Standard Shipping  $9.95  (3–7 business days).
Express Shipping    $14.95 (1–3 business days).

International
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination (calculated at checkout).
Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Track your package via the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delay
Delays due to carrier issues or customs are rare but possible. Contact us if your order is 5+ days late beyond the estimated delivery date.

Lost or Stolen Package
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact your local post office.
